  2. 2. What is the gross margin? 
  3. 3. Who is your customer and who do you want it to be?
  4. 4. How are you tracking your customers' retail experience?
  5. 5. What do your customers do when they enter your space? What direction do they go? Where do they look? Who do they talk to?
  6. 6. How many marketing messages do your customers receive? Are those messages varied?
 
When you answer these questions, you can focus your POP signage and showroom displays to create the most impact.
