Shipping & Fulfillment
Ordinarily orders will be sent UPS Ground unless otherwise requested by client. The normal shipment date is the third business day following the day the order is confirmed. Moso Retail Environments will attempt to adhere to this production schedule, but we do not guarantee that any order will ship or arrive on any certain date. If you contact us to request expedited shipping and/or expedited production, please note applicable rush shipping and rush production charges will apply and you may be billed separately for these requests.
Lost Items
Moso Retail Environments assumes no liability if a customer does not receive item(s) that are lost by the shipping company. If the shipping company loses item(s), Moso Graphics, at their option, may reprint and reship the order if all other options are exhausted. If the original item(s) are later received by the customer they are to be sent back immediately to Moso Retail Environments. Tracking numbers may be obtained from Moso Retail Environments. Unfortunately, tracking numbers are not always available and are not issued instantaneously. Please let Moso know as soon as possible if you do not receive your expected shipment. Customers have 14 days to report missing items. After 14 days, Moso will need to charge for replacements.
